Issue Ownership: We take complete ownership of all IT/IM related issues via the introduction of our access control methodology. This way staff can focus on primary practice responsibilities other than rectifying IT issues. All IT work is documented and placed in the site documentation folder.

IT/IM Support: Network uptime is now business critical and is important not to compromise patient care.

Our support services are available 24/7 if required and our response is usually immediate for business critical requirements. All scheduled work (non-business critical) can be completed after the practice is closed, so not to interfere with daily work functions as preferred by most practice staff. 

We only charge for the same issue once: We will only ever charge for the same problem once. It is either fixed or it is replaced and the service time is capped.

Medical Software Knowledge: We have a very thorough understanding of most medical software used with General Practice and with all their shortcomings! As we work in the industry we are always in tune with all new developments.

Benchmarking: We can benchmark against other practices and advise appropriately and pick up trends...
